Queen Suite
$110 per night

Situated with an outlook over the side deck and back courtyard, this is a charming suite for two. The bedroom features a queen bed and large screen TV. The adjoining Sun Room has a full bed and a two seat settee.
Rates: $110 per night, 1-2 person occupancy. For an additional $20 per person, per night, the Sun Room can accommodate 1-2 people.
*During December through February, the sun room is sealed off. The queen bedroom is available at $95 per night, 1-2 person occupancy.
The Victorian
$125 per night
This is the largest room available and features a beautiful wooden queen sized bed and the original antique in room sink. A comfy reclining chair is situated in the room and is perfect to lay back and read a good book. There is also a small desk available for your use.
Rates: $125 per night, 1-2 person occupancy. For an additional $20 per night, a twin cot can also sleep an additional person.
Notes of Importance:
- All bedrooms are air conditioned.
- Free WiFi is available.
- TV in bedrooms/Suites.
- There is a shared hall bath for guests, cleaned one/two times daily.
A landing half bath is also available.
- All rooms have a minimum booking of 2 nights.
- Two loving cats live on the premises, one 11 years, gentle and friendly; the other, young, spry but gentle but confined to the third floor apartment .
The house is sanitized with Allergy Air Spray and Dusting Spray,
but may not be suitable if you are severely allergic.
Sun Porch Suite
$130 per night
One of the most charming rooms of the house. This suite offers a queen bed and an adjoining 20' sun porch that can sleep up to 2 persons via a Twin Day bed with a Twin Trundle Bed. In addition, there are beautiful displays decorated with dolls, miniatures and other treasures for your curiosity. The centerpiece of the sun porch is a a three story hand-made Victorian Doll House.
Rates: $130 per night, 1-2 person occupancy. The sun porch is rated at $20 per person, per night.
*During December through February the porch is sealed off. During these months the rate is $110 per night, double occupancy.

Note: During Prime Booking months, Mid May through Mid October and Winter Carnival, two weeks notice must be given to cancel a reservation. Non Prime times, 24 hours notice must be given.
