The Copper Country Strawberry Festival, also known as the Chassell Strawberry Festival, famous for its sweet, home grown strawberries. This occurs in early July and the information will be posted here as the time approaches.

Strawberry Queen Crowning, Dancing, Craft Fair, Bands, local Strawberry Shortcake, Brats, Fish Boil, and much more, just within walking distance! Watch the Parade on our elevated tree shaded front lawn, enjoying home made baked goods and sipping ice tea.

Chassell Old Fashioned Christmas
Experience an Old Fashioned Christmas, the second weekend in December, full of events, as you enjoy our fully decorated home overlooking the Chassell Christmas Tree and lighted Gazebo.
The celebration begins on Friday evening when Santa lights the Chassell Christmas Tree and leads carols.
(The candles in the Hamar House magically light too!)
Enjoy home baked cookies and hot chocolate while children have pictures taken with Santa.
Saturday events feature: "Home for the Holidays" House Tours/Gourmet Tasting, and a Holiday Handcrafts Bazaar. Visit the Heritage Center Open House with live entertainment, "Friends of Fashion" Vintage Fashion displays, children's events and games, say hello to Mr. and Mrs Clause. ...and more will be posted as the event draws near...
